The remarkable MailWraps® Adapter Kit for plastic mailboxes is effective and easy to install.
Just peel off the self-adhesive backing to attach the “magnet receiver strips” to each side of a plastic mailbox. MailWraps® magnetic mailbox covers then stick to these “receiver strips” just as if the mailbox were made of steel! These same Adapter Kits can be used on aluminum mailboxes! Only 1 Adapter Kit is needed for each plastic mailbox, regardless of how many mailbox covers you own!
Click Here to Order Your MailWraps® Adapter Kit | Our standard of quality is unequalled. All of our colorful artwork is screen-printed for accurate reproduction and exceptional durability. These mailbox covers hold up under any weather conditions, including the intense heat and sun of Arizona, the harsh winters of Minnesota, and the high winds of West Texas.
MailWraps® mailbox covers are guaranteed against any weather-related failure for 1 year of everyday use. But since you’ll be changing your mailbox cover seasonally like most of our collectors, your mailbox covers will be reusable for years.
The same design appears on both sides of the mailbox. Each MailWraps mailbox cover comes with a set of 1 inch viynl self-adhesive numbers. They can be placed on the covers or on the front door of the mailbox. MailWraps® mailbox covers are pre-cut to fit around the flag, latch and hinges for the standard small curbside mailboxes from virtually every mailbox manufacturer in the country.
The easiest way to attach a MailWraps® mailbox cover quickly, but straight, is the following: - Raise the mailbox flag to the up position.
- Attach the mailbox cover to the flag side of the mailbox first. Slide the slot in the mailbox cover around the flag. Then align the edge of the mailbox cover with the bottom edge of the mailbox, then let the magnet attach itself to the mailbox.
- Once the flag side of the cover is in position, just wrap the mailbox cover over the top of the mailbox and attach the magnet to the other side. If necessary, adjust the positioning to remove any slack in the cover’s fit.
- Position the cover toward the rear of the mailbox to avoid damage when opening and closing the mailbox door.
